Charge Port Faults

A problem in the charge port of a Tesla car can happen in different ways. The charge port itself can illuminate in red to show failure charging, blue to indicate it is trying to charge, or green and it is not charging. Your vehicle may be unable to move at all. To solve problems with the charge port, you need to replace it and program it. All of these issues and more are not a problem for our skilled technicians.

Supercharger Issues

There are multiple reasons why your Tesla may be unable to charge at a Supercharger, most of which are connected to high-voltage system malfunctions. To accurately identify the cause of the issue, a thorough diagnosis of the high-voltage system is essential. This comprehensive assessment ensures that any underlying problems are detected and properly addressed.

Charging Components

To remove a 1200 lb battery pack from a Tesla Model S, it requires a car lift with specialized, high-end equipment and a movable battery table that can handle the weight. For effective service delivery, this operation should be done by uniquely trained technicians with vast industry experience, like ours. When inexperienced personnel are engaged, they can break the connectors, in which case you will consequently need to replace the wires of the high-voltage system of the entire car, and this significantly increases the cost of the process.
